A new type of virus, known as COVID-19, is causing an outbreak of respiratory (lung) disease. The severity of this illness can vary from person to person. The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority and we are following the recommendations of government and health authorities.

OUR STORE HAS IMPLEMENTED:

  • Increased cleaning of our in-store to high touch areas, including washrooms, shelves, water testing and cash counters, door handles, etc. with the use of appropriate disinfectants.
  • Staff is supplied with PPE

HANDLING WATER SAMPLES:

A water sample bottle drop-off area that respects physical distancing recommendations.
Our staff wipe down each water sample bottle prior to handling and prior to returning the sample to you using one of the following:

  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Disinfectant cleaning solution (ie: Lysol All-Purpose Cleaner)
  • Chlorine cleaning solution (2 teaspoons of bleach in 1 litre of water)

AT THE LAB:

We will thoroughly clean and disinfect the water test lab area on a routine, frequent basis and prior to the stat and end of each day, including all high touch areas of test apparatus, general items used in the lab area, keyboard, touchscreens etc. with a suitable disinfectant/cleaning method.

SERVICE:

  • Wearing of masks and gloves.
  • Sanitizing of vehicle and tools, and high touch areas in the backyard.

PICK-UP ORDERS:

  • Email, Online catalogue, by 11:00am same day of pick up.
  • We will contact you and arrange payment method or payment on arrival.

WATER TESTS:

  • Drop your water sample in the basket at rear of store.
  • Water samples delivered by 2:00pm for same day results.
  • Please do not drop a water test off it is healthy water and has been tested within the last 10 days.
  • We encourage you to test your water by way of strips or invest in a digital reader and provide us your results by email and we will send you a water test analysis. * Please check your spam if you are not seeing test results in your inbox.
  • Problem pools, we will contact you to arrange a time to provide you personal care with safety measures taken.
